- Delivery on web orders is free for all orders over €150 (ex VAT)
- Orders under €150 (ex VAT) will have a €7 flat delivery rate applied to them
- Orders placed before 11am are next day delivery (Excludes weekends)
- Orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until the next working day.
- Our courier partners aim to have goods delivered within 48 hours of your order.

RETURN INFORMATION – If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, please notify us within 7 days of purchase. Goods must be returned unused and in its original packaging for a full refund or replacement whichever you prefer.
Please ensure you follow our returns procedure – Firstly contact our returns line on 066 7119286 to obtain your return application form and authorisation number. Once you have filled out and returned Hotel Supplies Ireland returns application form and you have met the returns criteria, we will organise collection of said products. A restocking fee may apply.
MANUFACTURING FAULTS – Manufacturing faults must be reported within 72 hours. You must take photos to show images of said faults and forward to your HOTEL SUPPLIES IRELAND Representative or alternatively have your customer forward your photos to send to your representative. On receipt of the images the representative will organize to inspect faults if applicable.
DAMAGES – Please do not remove from packaging if damage is suspected. All damaged products must be reported to your HOTEL SUPPLIES IRELAND representative with photographs within 24 hours of delivery. If for any reason the photograph does not provide enough evidence for decision on replacement, your HOTEL SUPPLIES IRELAND representative will inspect products at invoice address to make final decision. Once damage marked on the POD, HOTEL SUPPLIES IRELAND will organise the replacement on next delivery.
INCORRECT PRODUCT ORDERED – In the case of you the customer ordering the wrong product, HOTEL SUPPLIES IRELAND will take back any product which is in its packaging and in good condition with no damages. In this case HOTEL SUPPLIES IRELAND will charge a 30% restocking plus the cost of transporting it back to our warehouse. Any products that arrive to our warehouse damaged will be returned to the customer on their next delivery with no credit for said products. Any products to be returned must be at invoiced address on pallet ready for collection.
INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED – In the case of products being delivered that were not on your purchase order and the mistake has been reported within 72 hours of delivery, HOTEL SUPPLIES IRELAND will rectify the mistake with any replacement products delivered on next delivery if needed. All products must be in good resalable condition. Any products to be returned must be at invoiced address on pallet ready for collection.
Pricing Information: Pricing is subject to change and although we will always endeavour to provide you with the most up-to-date pricing, quotes (which include pricing on advertising, brochures etc) are only valid for 30 days.
